Carl Lewis competed in five events the 100m, 200m, 4 by 100m relay, 4 by 200m relay, and the long jump. At one point in Lewis career he held the record for the 100m, 4 by 100m relay, and 4 by 200m relay, eventually making him the fastest man in the world.
